Lab 3 Copy Into and Scaling

For this lab, we wrote a function that would take a picture and copy it into a larger canvas creating a matte. Below is what happens when the function is performed.

I then put the picture in a white matte

The next part of the lab was to take a picture and quarter it into 4 smaller pictures. Here is the original.
