.: Programming Project 1
Creating 3D Images :...

In this project, the task was to take two photographs--the first two images below--and use them to make a third, three dimensional image. These photographs mainly show off my lovely, 'organized' desk. Some objects of note include my two adorable, homicidal fish, an unopened bottle of honey, a broken speaker, three years worth of notes for a writing project, and the week's recycling. Bonus points to anyone who can actually spot one of the fish. *grins*

This photo was used for the 'right eye' image. Image used for the right eye; pre-alterations.
v This is the finished result. The functions used to create this image included one to identify the above photos as images, one to overlap both images by adjusting transparency, and my original function. For that function, I first removed all red from the left eye image, and all blue and green from teh right eye image. Then I wrote in the combinePic function to put them together. The resulting image, when seen while wearing 3D glasses, really does appear to be three dimensional.
