CHANGE VOLUME FUNCTION: Takes a sound and changes it by a given factor
INCREASE AND DECREASE FUNCTION: takes a sound, increases it, then decreases it
BACKWARDS: Takes sound and makes a backwards version of it
HALF FREQUENCY: Makes sound a lower pitch...makes frequency twice as long
DOUBLE FREQUENCY: Makes soudn a higher pitch....makes frequency half as long
NORMALIZE: Maximizes volume of track
